RD Section 515 -- Management Issues with Update on New RD Rules

This half-day course covers the fundamental requirements of the Rural Development Section 515 program. The training offers an overview of the program's regulations, including rent rules, resident eligibility, income limits, and recertification processes. It also provides a review of tenant allowances, assets, acceptable occupancy policies, tenant selection, and unit allocation. Additionally, the course explains the HOTMA requirements that pertain to Section 515 properties.

Registrations with credit card payment will be accepted until the day before scheduled events.
