The training will cover the specific duties and responsibilities of multifamily rental managers regarding accommodating the needs of disabled applicants and residents. It will explain the difference between a “modification” and an “accommodation,” as well as who is responsible for covering the costs of these modifications and accommodations. Several court cases will be used to illustrate the legal requirements.

Registrations with credit card payment will be accepted until the day before scheduled events. Check payments must be received at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled event; as such the check payment option will be removed 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
